Outreach by Indigenous Missionaries – Colombia

The Amazonian tribal network in Colombia, called LICAC, has been developing an ambitious plan to carry out an evangelization and discipleship project aimed at five specific unreached people groups in Colombia–the Barí, Cofan, Miraña, Hupda and Jiw ethnic groups. They have also been collaborating on this huge project, building momentum with their partners in both Colombia and abroad.

The indigenous missionaries plan to implement Bible formation programs, training workshops, and community activities that are tailored to address the spiritual and social needs of these five ethnic groups. They desire to see communities and individuals transformed by the message of Jesus Christ, experiencing positive changes that are integrated into every aspect of life.
