Irma is a vital leader whose specific presence is highly valued by many teams in the Three Waves Movement. Not only does she direct the Consortium in Peru, but she is also a member of the ALTECO Board, the Three Waves Leadership Team (ETO), the Country Coordination Team in Peru, and an advisor to the Trans-Amazon Network.
Irma challenges and inspires people to re-think missions. She uses her knowledge of cultural customs & various ethnic groups to accompany the tribal church. Irma advocates for initiatives that are culturally appropriate within the indigenous context.
