Indigenous-Driven Collaborative Planning

For years, leaders of the Three Waves Movement have gathered annually to evaluate progress, address challenges, and plan for the future. As part of that process, Indigenous leaders set aside dedicated time to collaborate and align priorities together, ensuring their voices help shape the movement’s direction. This important rhythm continues in 2027, bringing many key leaders to Peru for a focused and intentional time of planning.

This strategic gathering will bring together Trans-Amazon Network directors, leaders of Indigenous women’s associations, the Executive Committee of the Three Waves Movement, and Country Facilitators who serve as vital links between local ministries and national Indigenous networks. Together, they will deepen collaboration, improve regional coordination, and enhance engagement with ministry partners.

By creating space for broader participation in strategic planning, this annual gathering helps foster unity, elevate Indigenous leadership, and strengthen the Indigenous Church throughout the Amazon region.
