Country Facilitators serve as vital links between local ministries, Indigenous networks, and the broader Three Waves Movement. As the movement continues to grow, investing in these leaders is essential for strengthening collaboration and supporting healthy ministry development.
Through in-person coaching and ongoing virtual meetings, Three Waves leaders will walk alongside facilitators as they deepen their understanding of their role and identify key priorities within their countries. Because collaboration in each country is at a different stage of development, coaching and support will be tailored to local realities.
This initiative is an important early step in a larger effort to engage and mobilize local churches, ministries, and consortiums throughout the Amazon region. By equipping Country Facilitators to lead with clarity and purpose, this initiative will strengthen partnerships, support Indigenous leadership, and help prepare the way for broader ministry engagement across the Amazon region.
