Emerging Leaders Fund

As the Three Waves Movement continues to grow, Indigenous leaders are intentionally preparing the next generation to carry the vision forward. Across the movement, experienced leaders are creating opportunities for emerging leaders to step into greater responsibility while benefiting from guidance and support along the way.

This fund provides flexible resources to help emerging leaders step into key roles when opportunities arise. Whether supporting a season of training, mentoring, leadership transition, or increased ministry responsibility, these resources help remove financial barriers that might otherwise delay an emerging leader’s ability to serve.

Rather than an immediate replacement, this approach allows experienced and emerging leaders to serve side by side for a period, strengthening leadership continuity and fostering healthy transitions. It reflects the wisdom of Indigenous leaders who are intentionally investing in the next generation while protecting the long-term health of the movement.
