Chris and Tina serve with a passion for intimate discipleship and encouragement ministries.
Much of their time is spent developing relationships and actively listening to and addressing the felt needs of the tribal leaders. These needs cannot be met solely through ALTECO but through partnerships among local churches and NGO’s serving among the tribal people. Chris and Tina operate in a catalytic capacity to encourage partnership and cooperation among local churches and NGO’s as we strive change the approach from doing “for” the tribal people to doing “with” them.
In addition to their roles on the Executive Team, Chris and Tina serve as one of the nine leaders of the South American Leadership Team – The Three Waves Team (“Equipo Tres Olas” in Spanish). Their daughters, Georgia and Reese are an essential part of their ministry as they wholeheartedly serve the Lord as a family.
