As the Three Waves Movement continues to grow, leaders are strengthening systems that support its long-term health and stability. Through mentoring, leadership development, and strategic planning, this initiative will improve leadership transitions, expand shared ownership of the vision, and support sustainable growth across the movement.
The project includes an annual in-person gathering, ongoing virtual coaching, and a three-year mentoring program for emerging leaders. Participants will be equipped to take on greater responsibilities throughout the Three Waves Movement.
By developing strong leaders and sustainable systems, this initiative will help Indigenous-driven ministry thrive in the Amazon for years to come. Your support will equip a new generation of leaders to carry the vision forward, strengthen the Church, and advance the Great Commission.

If you are age 70½ or older, you may be able to support Alteco through a tax free charitable gift directly from your IRA. These gifts, known as Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs), are made through your IRA custodian and sent directly to our organization.
