This catalytic leadership training on relevant issues will strengthen the leadership of the Three Waves Team. Because missionary couples work shoulder-to-shoulder in their calling, women need be equipped to understand effective leadership and structural dynamics.
Prioritizing these women strengthens the ripple effect of discipleship, as they bring their training experiences back to each country in the Amazon and Lowland Regions of South America. Funds raised will help cover transportation, food, and lodging costs for nine key women leaders to participate in Module 3 of a three-year program taking place in Colombia.
