Select leaders from around the Amazon region who have completed a three-year leadership training program will now take the curriculum and experiences back to their own countries to replicate the training program. The first group will be launched in Colombia with leaders of the indigenous network (LICAC). A total of 23 people plan to attend the initial event in February, including trainers & a mentor. The goal of participation is to strengthen and equip each leader to be more effective in their ministry as they reach other communities with the gospel.
