En la intensidad del ministerio, el descanso no es un lujo\u2014es una necesidad. Los l\u00edderes del Equipo de Liderazgo del Movimiento Tres Olas se entregan cada d\u00eda para servir a comunidades ind\u00edgenas y socios ministeriales multiculturales en toda Sudam\u00e9rica. Para seguir liderando con claridad, compasi\u00f3n y perseverancia, necesitan espacios para recargar fuerzas.<\/p>

Este retiro espiritual est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para renovar la salud emocional, relacional y espiritual de estos l\u00edderes y sus familias a trav\u00e9s de adoraci\u00f3n, ense\u00f1anza y descanso. Es una inversi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica en la sostenibilidad del movimiento.<\/p>

El agotamiento amenaza la visi\u00f3n. La soledad debilita los equipos.
