Irma is a vital leader whose specific presence is highly valued by many teams in the Three Waves Movement. Not only does she direct the Consortium in Peru, but she is also a member of the Alteco Board, the Three Waves Leadership Team (ETO), the Country Coordination Team in Peru, and an advisor to the Trans-Amazon Network.<\/p>
